ON THE EARTH - ENGLISH POEMS
ENGLISH POEMS |
-: ON THE EARTH :-
Dear, you may not remember
But I cannot forget that
childhood
We spent together.
It’s wheeling around me now and
then.
You used to make nest and clay castles
for me
By jabbing your paw in the clay!
To thrust the hand in and to
pull off from
To give the pat in concentration
Just unforgettable!
I remained incorrigible, your
one of the claim.
--Not enough! – Always—Till now!
Could not do of this sort!
Few of our friends that day
damaged your dreams
I remember, you cried your heart
out
But never lost your heart
You were real boy in those days
--Not enough!—Always—Now also
you in my dream.
And do you remember?
We were turning back to home
Keeping your mind in those nests
You were undergoing pulls and
tugs.
You were taking your meal in
those nests
Sleeping in those and probably
Inhabiting in those nests in
those days
I remained mendicant, burdened
of loneliness
As I am today!
I got wind of you
You made castles in real
Castles and castles, sky-high
castle in your property!
God bless you!
While away to unburden myself,
I go to that sand nowadays by
soul
To make the clay nests in mind.
I take a leaf out of your book
And build some tiny nests in my
mind
For me orphan and the others
like me!
I go on making them in my mind
Mind becomes rich and richer
I then await the call from my mother
Yeah! I forgot to tell you, she
is extinct.
Still I am waiting to hear
One inscrutable ultimate voice
To rush leaving every nest I
made on earth.
Dear, you are a real man
What you have decided
With those you have on earth?
