A TRAVEL!
It was a very
pathetic situation for me ever
Nevertheless, I set out to the stranger
To hold talks on a rental car!
My son had lost his heart
To a rustic man’s daughter!
After all, I was someone! I was special!
I was special as I was stable
Stable in the glorious city and bank balance pretty!
I then covered my bald with a costly tasseled hat
Coat was put on, cigar was lighted on.
Here was the tattered shack, slept in a ragged village!
Pitter Patter I entered in, an old codger was found shrank
in.
Stiffly I asked him, “What’s the earning monthly?”
He murmured falteringly, “Sir, purchasing two acres weekly!”
Tasseled hat unwittingly dropped down in my hand.
I bagged it quickly though it unmasked the head.
I cleared throat in minutes and minutes to ask his schooling
He pointed at the wall, His Doctorate was nicely dangling.
Brocaded coat was getting automatically shrugging off
I squashed it into hurriedly, though insides were totally
tearing.
Within the plot, a full parking lot was coming in the look.
I kicked off my ornamental shoes to throw them in the
nook.
Feverishly while removing the glass, I asked “Where is Lass?”
In entire existence I remain absolute vacuum
As she appeared there as a disc of moon!
Then I was nothing! I was nothing!
I said a big yes, still……Still out of the corner of eye,
My handsome son was then found pretty shy.
Now I was everything! Then I was everything!
Everything-- for him and for her!
Everything for every one there and everything for me too!
“How you won her over?” I asked him,
“And how way you dethroned me from illusory tenure?”
He said chuckling at me, “Forget Papa, you are
comprehensive!”
He continued to see my eyes flooded with question marks
massive,
“Believe Papa, when
you think you are someone,
You remain really none, really no one and really nowhere!
When you accept, you are nowhere
It means you are everywhere!
And if you are everywhere, be confident,
You are special.
If you can remain bare true,
Trust me Papa, It means you are comprehensive.”
I started my non ending travel barefoot, Feeling a big zero.
